Baked Honey and Mustard Pork
Ingredients
- 4 Van Wyngaardt Pork Loin Chops
- 60 gr Fiesta BBQ Spice any BBQ spice on hand
- 300 ml Honey & Mustard Dressing – Ina Paarman’s
Instructions
- Preheat and oven to 180° C
- Place the pork chops in an oven dish and season with Fiesta BBQ Spice
- Add the Honey & Mustard Dressing, coating the chops evenly
- Roast in the oven for ± 20 – 30 minutes uncovered until the meat is cooked and beginning to brown
- Remove from the oven and serve
