Preheat an oven to 180° C
Place the pork bangers in an oven dish in the oven for ± 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside
Heat the oil in a large pot and fry the onions until soft and transparent
Add the water to the onions and mix well. Bring to the boil
Add the potatoes and carrots. Simmer for ± 30 minutes or until the potatoes are soft
Slice the pork bangers into rounds and add them to the pot. Add the green beans
Cover the pot and simmer for ± 5 – 10 minutes before serving
